At The Birdhouse Chick, we want you and your backyard birds to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our warehouse address, clearly marking the RA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
