How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days via UPS or USPS.
What is your return policy for birdhouses and feeders?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and bird safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have already been mounted or used outdoors.
Are your products weather-resistant?

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
How do I clean and maintain my birdhouse?
Most of our birdhouses feature clean-out doors or removable roofs. We recommend cleaning your birdhouses once a year, typically in late fall, using a solution of one part bleach to nine parts water to ensure a healthy environment for next year's brood.
